Hello all. As you can see this is my very first Campfire and I need some help. I'm looking for a couple stories, that I'm hoping is still up. I can't remember the name of it. They both have to do with Prince Edward. 

The one is when Bella meets him and he's not really all that interested in her but they end of together in the end. It has a sequel and they get married and they need to get pregnant to have an heir and I remember right after the one time, Bella runs to the corner and stands on her head. That part just stuck with me because it was so hilarious. I think the title to the sequel was something like Bun In the Oven. I'm not sure though.

The second story is kind of the same, but Edward is immediately attracted to her. I do remember they try to dodge to paps a lot and she leaves to go back home after they do this interview with some TV show like 20/20 or something along those lines. I know Jacob makes he look whorish and she afraid Parliament won't accept her. Edward comes to Forks to find her cause he loves her and all that good stuff. 

They are both set in modern times.

P.S. I know this may be a lost cause, but, I was just wondering if there was any way I could get a hold of Edward Wallbanger. It seems to be gone (my creys) but I really wanted to finish it. And there's rumors I've read that there is, or was, a PDF file of it.

This fic was updating pretty regularly, but we haven't gotten a new chapter in what feels like forever.  Does anyone know if the author is still planning to continue/finish it.  I loved it!

Yanno it's been kind of nice and peaceful without her lately.

I started gradschool in June. This summer was OMG hell. My maternal grandmother died midsemester. I got a response to my my resume at just about the same time, and I had to fly to the end of the earth THREE TIMES to interview and then I had to facilitate a move across country and attend training for my NEW JOB during finals. Yesterday I took my finals, and now I have THREE DAYS to myself before I have to go to the probate hearing for my grandmother's estate and then drive my car and miscellaneous stuff down to nomansland where I'll be living for the next year. Woo!

This is a spin off from two recent campfires. One was a walk through memory lane, recalling old fanfics we loved, the other was simply looking for a lost one, dealing with Edward and Bella dropping boundaries before the wedding. She human, he vamp.

I so would like to collect them all. Inside there is my very incomplete list. Some are one shots, other are longer, but all deal with E&B getting more intimate than Stephenie allowed them to be. And all are still available.

I want to start this campfire to promote this fic that has just completed.  It is such a lovely heartbreaking story that everyone that loves Edward and Bella AU should really give this story a go.

The whole story is so unlike anything I have read.  You will cry, no doubt about it, but it will be worth it.

Looking for a Fanfic -(He is a Vamp, and Bella is a Human.) Post-Eclipse, before breaking dawn. Bella & Edward exploring their sexuality before the wedding. they start experimenting one night in her bed after Edward presses up against her, and later they both self-service side by side. They got married. Go to Isle Esme, and after the sex she gets pregnant. It's not "THE LIST". I just can't find.

So um, I've seen a few cf's like this recently, so my apologies for making another one, but:

I've got this plot bunny.  It's been kicking around in my head for probably about a year and a half.  A long time, I know - but up until very recently, I was just a lurker, and honestly, I've been a bit afraid/intimidated to put this out there.  I'd really appreciate it if someone might be willing to discuss this with me, as I haven't written for the sake of writing in a very long time.

I don't have a lot of the specifics ironed out, but I do know the idea is for an AU fic (not AH)- one that may or may not end in HEA, depending how it's written and where it ends.  Right now, I'd like someone to bounce ideas with and to help me decide the best execution, and probably to beta and/or pre-read it later - preferably someone who is okay with the abovementioned details.

Eight days after the political murder on 70 socialist teenagers in Norway I’m no longer in shock, but I need distraction from the news and work that makes me so very sad. I’m wondering if you would like to tell me about your favorite books written by authors with another native language than English? There are amazing authors from all over the world which is why I find it perplexing that they are rarely mentioned in the book campfires here.

Make my day and recommend your favorite books by “foreign” authors and give me your theories on why we most often read books written by American/English authors and why those are so popular?

It's my last day of freedom having my husband in the US (just called me that they made a mistake and he's now travelling first class goddamn why does that NEVER happen to me) and my older daughter with my in-laws. So, as any good Twihard would do, I watched all three movies today, ALMOST back to back ('cause a mom has to order pizza or chinese delivery prepare food for the other daughter)

I was hoping watching all three in the same evening would make NM & Eclipse feel, well, not so cut-off from the first one, but I was wrong. It did, however, remind me of some little things that usually go unnoticed. Like, in the first (and much better, imo) movie, during the meadow aka sexless sex scene (Cleoninda, 2008), Edward checks out Bella's boobs LOL. Or while she's being his spider monkey (kill me now), she keeps rubbing her foot right on his groin.

What impressed me the most, however, was how the fandom (mainly the Twific authors) have brainwashed me into lusting after paying special attention to his hands and jaw. Wtf, self? But how could I not? Exhibit No.1:

I was just watching The Social Network (again) and remembered how much I love the scene where Eduardo is freaking out on Zuckerberg because Facebook reduced his shares.  It got me to thinking, what are your favourite scenes from TV shows and movies?  What soundbite stuck in your head?

you may or not know this, but i_heart_the_doc is my bestest best fandom friend. we've been friends since i joined the fandom nearly three years ago. (omg. THREE YEARS?! WHAT HAVE I BEEN DOING WITH MY LIFE?!?!) i talk to her almost everyday, definitely more often than i talk to my RL friends.

So apparently it's Fleet Week in Los Angeles and my friends are begging me to go out and meet some beautiful sailor boys. You don't have to tell me twice girls! I'm a complete sucker for a man in uniform (Army, Navy, Marine, Air Force, Fire Fighter, Police Office,etc)! So give me your favorite (and maybe little known) men in uniform fics! And if you have some Bella in uniform, send that my way too, because I don't think there are enough fics like that out there. Even more points if Bella is in uniform and Edward isn't'.
