I have a confession:  I don't use eye make-up remover.  I mean, I should, I'm in my thirties, I don't have many wrinkles, I look younger than I am (but I've always had this problem and was carded until I hit my thirties and still am occasionally), but I do want to prevent worsening skin.

So, rec me some eye make-up remover.  I'm ordering from Sephora later today.  Any good ones there?  Or are they just overpriced and I should just go to Target?  REC ME your high end vs mass market ones.

I also would like to find some new lipstick, one that is moisturizing and lasts long but doesn't clump from a lot of talking with no breaks (I work only part time but when I do, I'm required to talk a LOT.)

While reading The Hostage by EBalways again over the weekend I wondered if anyone knows if this fic was ever completed? I was MIA for a long time and don't know why this fic was ever pulled.

I only have up to chapter 20 and it feels like it's nowhere near finished! Not only don't you know who tried to kidnap Bella but you also don't know what ever happend to cause Bella to hate Renee so much that she ran away with Paul!

Can someone please tell me what happend to this fic and if it was completed can someone send me the completed version?

A few days ago, one of my all time favorite TV shows ended. Being Erica got me through some tough times and I truly enjoyed watching Erica's character grow throughout the last couple years.

For those not familiar with the canadian comedy-drama series, Being Erica is about a woman who's single, barely making enough money to get by, and has a long list of regrets. With the help of her time-travel therapist Dr. Tom, Erica tries to turn her life around. I just finished watching the last episode and I was in tears the whole time haha...but it's true: “Everything that has a beginning has an ending. Just as every ending creates space for something new to begin.”

Do any of you out there have an inkling how Marketing works?

I work for an extremely small company that is hanging on by a thread. We have laid off pretty much everyone in the front office, leaving myself and the Operations Manager to handle everything. I am in charge of accounting, purchasing, sales  and production.

Today, the owner of the company told us we had until the end of the week to come up with marketing ideas for an email blast.

I don't know how to do this and would appreciate any and all ideas-

I've been a adult for several years now, a partner for 11 years, a wife for 8, a mom for almost 7, and just finished being a college student of 3 years. At what point in my life should I finally start feeling like an adult and when does the wisdom kick in? 

I ask, because I often still feel like I'm sixteen and waiting on my parents to tell me to do something or that I am in trouble. I have a few friends that are my parents age, whom have children that are either my age or my daughter's. and I feel so left out and sometimes awkward around them. After 3 years of schooling, I don't feel any smarter than when I started. There is still so much I don't understand, like apply for jobs (which is all online now and I suck at getting calls back), my finances for school and so on.  I feel like the odd one out at my job since I feel I am more strict than the other aides I work with. I find I have a hard time bonding with people and it bugs me. I feel my daughter, no matter what her teacher says, is a lacking a little socially and I blame us, as we aren't social creatures (especially since we are sooooo far from home and in the military).

Thanks for listening (or reading in this case)... I guess I am venting a little from the stress of the holidays and tomorrow's surgery. What is your current mid-crisis?
