The Challenger...who remembers it?

I was in Fourth Grade. All of the teachers were called to the Teacher's Lounge for an emergency meeting. We were left alone, but were told that if we got out of our seats, we would be punished severely...no one dared cross Mrs. Smith...plus, no one wanted to see her disappointment.

She left one tattle tale in charge anyway...

When she came back in, she was teary and we thought someone shot POTUS.

We watched the replay over and over...for weeks...until no one could stand it anymore and refused to talk about it...we are so odd.

Does everyone know about this or should I post a link to an article about it?

I like to watch others do stuff, but have never partaken of the fine wine of adrenaline...other than the fact that I had three boys, which, is an adventure in and of itself.

So, hi everyone.

First of all, this is my first campfire - YAY! :)

since it’s FFFA, I thought I could talk to all of you lovely ladies about something that’s been bugging me for a while. I’ve been together with my boyfriend for just two months now, but I have a lot of doubts. I’ll explain it in the comments and hope I can get some advice or your opinions!

I'm curious.

The first TwiFic I read was a vampfic by the name of Distractions.  It was rated T and detailed Edward's attempts to distract Bella from wanting to have sex on their honeymoon.  Immediately after reading that fic I found LolaShoes.  Her story, Let Your Light Shine, is the story which turned me into a fanfic junkie.

The first AH story I read was Heartache by Oohlalaa.  It still remains one of my all time favorites.

So tell me, what was the first story you ever read?  More importantly, what was the first story you read that hooked you on twific?

I am a 27-year-old mother of one.

I am too d@mn old to feel like crying over a pair of jeans.

Hello, lovelies. It is I, back from the evil flounce dead. Minus the evil, flouncing, and dead part.

See, after moving to our new house, I was out of internet for three months.

But people aren't lying when they say that the twilight world is like crack. I HAD to come back. Just couldn't stay away. The minute we got internet  I was back at every twilight page... slowly announcing my appearance. Thought I'd do it here to. I was gone,and now I'm here again... and: I MISSED ALL OF YOU SO VERY, VERY MUCH!.

Still, me being back had some thoughts go through my head. Like flouncing. People have done it. They've POOF disappeared. Sometimes they announce it, and other times they just make their way off the map. And it made me wonder... how would you flounce?

If you were going to disappear from a fandom, any fandom... how would you go?

Would it be a quiet leave, or would you go out with a BANG? Something big... like telling the whole fandom to suck it?
