So the title says it all really. This is about negative reviews.

I just got one, the second one this persons sent me I think tbh, and I'm feeling a little down.

(lol I typed in sad face, how sad is this little boy!)

Personally, I like them, when they're done correctly. I like someone saying, 'this could have been better' or 'I don't agree with this' because it will either help my writing in the future or give me a chance to back up my story, you know?

I'm sure we've all had those reviews too, that are just written to be horrible, and you wonder why the hell anyone bothered to even review.

So I want to know you best-negative review and your worst. PLUS your BEST review EVER, just to make us all feel a little better about ourselves too :)

Also, how do you deal with bad reviews? What do you do to pep yourself back up?

Christmas. It's amazing. Giving, celebrating, being with family... What more could you want?

But, let me tell you, it's gets absolutely EXHAUSTING.

I'm from a big family. Bigger than most, I'd say. On my mom's side, I've got...9 aunts and uncles (one is deceased, unfortunately) and eleven first cousins and one first cousin-in-law (and then I have three younger sisters, as well.). HUGE FAMILY. We celebrated with them from the 24th to the 26th. It was amazing, don't get me wrong - seeing as most of my mom's brothers and sister have left our hometown to become extremely wealthy - and I got to see some of my relatives that I haven't seen since...can't even remember.

Now, I'm celebrating with my dad's side tomorrow. At our house. Yay. Cleaning all day and making polite conversation all night about my first semester of university.

Does anyone else get tired of Christmas?

I gotta say, I'm completely over answering "How's school going?" "What're you even in school for?" "What job will that get you?" "Do you like it?" "Is it hard?" "How'd exams go?"

I want to just make a big announcement every time we start our family gatherings, just so I can brood about Christmas in peace.

OKAY, the plan for today was simple:

- Sleep in

- Watch Arsenal- Chelsea (and shower at half time)

- Go to friend's house for dinner

Hi everyone.  I've never posted here before but I have been lurking off and on.Today I found myslef in a spot where I jhust need someone to understand. If I tell me husband he'll think I'm nuts..... Issue is that many of my fav fics are just gone!  Here I am thinking that what I really want is to go back and reread on or two of them and I discover that they are gone!  So sad!  I know there are a couple that have been altered and turned into real novels (yay for the authors!!!!!) but other have just disappeared and I'm super bummed.  I don't re-read things often so I kinda feel like someone stole my cookie! Or worse in the case, my favorite Edwards.....

Alrighty. I'm sure we've all had this problem...

 You want to read fanfic... but at the same time, you don't...

You want to read something light and fluffy, but you also want to read something dark and angsty...

Let's put it this way:

I'm feeling conflicted about whether to read more fic or not. Nothing has really jumped out at me lately, and with The Plan being completed, I'm not quite sure what to read next, or whether to read something else at all.

So tell me--when you've felt exhausted with the fic world, did you take a break? Were you able to come back refreshed?

Or did you search for that fic that pulled you back into the fandom?

Also, if you DID find that fic, which one was it? Was it even from the Twilight Fandom? Harry Potter?

Please help me get my mojo back!

Yes, yes I am.

It's AU.  Bella is assaulted in the woods near the Cullen home at some point after NM and before BD.  The Cullens rally around her, of course, but Renée is horrible about it. Bella feels guilty because she orgasmed even though it was rape. (A revolting but technical possibility.)  Rose goes all power sister and gives Renée what for and the Cullen women are just amazing.

Does anyone know of this story?  I can't find it. :-(

So, I'm new and tech challenged so, please be nice.  First of all HI!!!! :D

See the date on your onscreen clock?, yeah is that time of the year, that one in which days pass by in tranquility and peace, those in which people think in doing nothing.  Yeah, but not for me, I'm working on writing the final document of my graduation project, meaning my thesis...(which is due on January 13th)

So, not much fun or lazy days for me...anyway...since I'm here most of the day, procrastinating and wondering WTF to write in this document, I was thinking why not ask the wonderful people of the forest for some recs?...but hey! not any kind of rec, I have a craving...I want pregnant Bella fics...don't ask me why because I don't know (maybe is my biological clock telling me something or maybe is my mother LOL), but that's what I want to read.  I'm not really picky...I love Edward of course, but as far as the baby is not Jacob's or is named Nessie, it's find.  I LOVE AH fics, but you can surprise me with some AU.

As geeky as I am, I miss letter writing. I'm not sure why. Anyone know of any good / reliable / safe programs for pen pals? I'm happy to write to people from all walks of life, anywhere over the world, including prisoners (so long as they won't have access to any of my more personal details). Bonus points if you know of any sort of thing like this that has a creative bent to it.

I hear of these sorts of things for holidays, but I'm looking for something that goes year-round and (preferably) isn't electronic.

I am on vacation and I miss my fellow Rangers terribly. I also miss YOU-our extraordinary campers.

Don't fret-the contests will be back when everyone is sober, un-stuffed with food and in "work" mode (hell-we may expand them through the dark winter months-remember we do things "differently" around here).

Many people are stranded by the bad weather and/or stuck in places longer than they anticipated. The holidays are joyous, wonderful times but for many, they are a time of stress, sadness and discourse. So let's start asking some questions that will bring everyone into the campfires during this holiday week. I will go first.

Who do you miss this holiday season? It can be an ex, an old friend, someone who has passed away, a pet, a celebrity, an author, anyone who has touched your life-it doesn't matter how well you knew them-let's talk about them here.
