I loved the movie...more than I thought I would.  My favorite was the fight scene, even it if was fake.  I loved Aro's reaction to Nessie, Garrett and Ben.  

A blooper I saw...was that Charlie's neighbors seemed to disappear on the side of him.  Was I the only one that thought this?? 

I can't wait til this comes out on DVD/Blu Ray :)

I was reading a translation of an interview of Rob in GIOIA magazine and the last question made my heart flutter:

G:  How do you imagine yourself at 90 years?

I had no idea I'd be sad about this.  I didn't even like the last book.  I've overdosed on interviews and red carpet clothing and body language analysis of R and K.  Thought I'd had enough.  

Condon did his job, those last minutes.  I am sad it's ending.

Happy football weekend campers. I’m going full on Army of Darkness with our Mountaineer mascot in hopes that it snaps our 4 game losing streak. Sadly, this means I want to beat Oklahoma today :(

Also, my Steelers have the Ravens this week without Big Ben and I’m terrified, but Steelers/Ravens are my favorite 2 games of the regular season.

How’s your weekend look? Are you as scared as I am? Who you cheering for?
 

Of course I'm looking for a Jasper/Bella fic. You guys have such phenomenal memories, I thought I'd give it a shot.

All I can remember of it at the moment is Bella becomes a vamp and asks Jasper to bite her on her back and arms to leave bite tattoos. Nothing else is coming to me. (It's all buried in the brain case, I just can't seem to shake it loose.)

Can't remember the title or the author. *sigh*

I'm back again, and for those of you involved in my campfire a few weeks ago (thank you again to all of you) I'm in a much better state of mind. I only want to take up a few seconds of your time - I recently entered a couple of contests on Figment, an original fiction site, and I was hoping that if any of you had an account (or wouldn't mind making one - it's super quick and they don't spam you unless you choose to recieve their newsletter) you would take a few seconds to read my entries and, if you like them, heart them. Put together they're still less than 2,000 words, so it shouldn't take long at all. The first one I wrote very quickly, and it's not my best, but the second one I spent quite some time on (and am still working with - when the contest is over I hope to make it a longer piece) and the prize for that is $5,000 (which I'm really rooting for because I really want to study abroad (and it runs until february, so I'll probably be back in a couple of months to request your help again)). So I would really appreciate it if you'd take a few minutes to look at them, but if not, thanks for taking the time to read this :)

So the other day I was talking to my husband's friend about television, and casually brought up the fact that there is a certain iconic show that I hate. Like, if I see if on tv, I would rather just not watch tv.  Or maybe I'd watch C-SPAN instead without any hesitation. He looked at me like I was crazy, told me I was crazy, and then told me that from now on he can't judge my taste in anything. (And I have excellent taste in all things, thank you.)

So how about you, campers? What iconic or super popular shows/movies do you hate, that when you tell people, they look at you like you've lost your marbles? What have you been afraid to admit that you hate, and become furious/bewildered everytime someone tells you how much they love that show/movie? This campfire isn't meant to start bashing peoples' tastes and enjoyments, just to express personal opinion.

my feelings are best described word for word in the following song, literally, every word:

yesterday, my boyfriend (aka The Boy, soon to be aka Mr. Punk) and I decided to go ahead and be engaged. it was a very romantic discussion over omelets and french toast at a local restaurant that all the "someday" planning i sort of did on pinterest could go ahead and be "official". 

so yay me!

however, i have no idea how to plan a wedding! we will most likely have a pretty small budget and while waiting in line last night for BD my bestie and i made a rough guest list thats around 75-80 people. i have 4 bridesmaids planned (hopefully 5 if iheartthedoc can come from england!) 

i want a purple wedding dress (yes purple) and the only thing to boy demands is that he gets to wear a green vest. 

we're both pretty nontraditional and will not get married in a church. we want a laid back wedding with lots of fun and booze! (lol)

so...help me?  can people give me pointers and tips and DIY ideas? we have a tentative date of September 13th 2014. we're both nerds and i have already compromised on letting him have a Legend of Zelda groom's cake. lol
