In the spirit of trying to make more posts I pose this question to you today:

What television shows do you watch regularly? I know we used to have some discussion campfires (Vampire Diaries and Walking Dead I think?) but I feel like I haven't seen them in awhile. Maybe if enough people watch some of the same stuff we can start TV discussion CF's again.

Today is maple Sunday in Maine (a day where farms and sugar shacks open up to the public to promote maple syrup production) so even though it's well past breakfast time I thought it might be fun for people to share their favorite recipes using maple syrup products. It looks like spring has finally sprung, and it's time to shake off the winter doldrums.  Between sub-zero temps, classes 2-3 nights a week, and general lethargy, I've been making bad health choices, and it shows.  (Boo!)

I've made great strides getting back on track with healthier meal choices, but no strides at all when it comes to daily activity.  

So if you could help a girl out and share your favorite workout playlists, it would be greatly appreciated!

 2 weeks ago my 22yr old brother left on a trip to drive cross-country from Ohio-California, he left with only $200 in his pocket because his best friend was sponsoring the trip with $3,000 ( leftover tuition funds). Somewhere along the way my brothers friend used that money to buy 4oz. Of marijuana. Their car was stopped in Oklahoma. My brother is now in an Lincoln County, Chandler Oklahoma jail facing 10-20 years of prison. Oklahoma happens to have the staunchest laws in the country for drug possession and a horrific thing called Minimum Mandatory sentences...he can be sentenced to life if the judge sees fit. My brother has already tested clean of all substances and our family and community leaders have provided character witness statements but our working class family needs help funding his defense. Nic is an athlete, a Mormon,a Who'vian and has always been passionate about serving his community. He aspires to be a firefighter. Please share our plight on this page and encourage others to donate to our cause. His pre-trial begins April 4
