So, a certain Red-headed Scotsman, from the Outlander series is off-limits to fic writing due to the wishes of the author:

 I know that the majority of us loved Coming Through the Rye by Mac214, but I'm pretty sure that she wasn't the only talented author to create a Scottishward. 

 Can you help a fellow, kilt-loving reader, and link me some Scottishward? If you don't know a good Scottishward, what's your favorite Scottish hero in fiction? Can you rec a book that's not Outlander?

Ever since I can remember, I've been pretty obsessed with weddings in general. Just the idea of having a big fat Indian wedding is just.. woah. Anyway, we have just about a bazillion traditions. I just realized how much my own dear mother is just like Renee Higginbotham in some ways that people characterize Bella's mom.

The past two years have been pretty hard on my family. We've lost eight very close friends/family members in less than two years, three of whom were under the age of 30. I'm just barely beginning to get over the emotional hangover, and it's been just over nine months since the last person died that I was especially close with. 

Anyway, my mom's always been a spiritual person. She pushed her spirituality into the Catholic religion, trying to find a place to fit all this passion for finding out who's guiding us and what-not. 

But now that it's not so taboo to be anything other than Christian (in my smallish area of the world, anyway), she's finally free to explore her spirituality, and she finally found herself in becoming a... Reiki Master.

Remind you of anyone?

My mom loves crystals, and her best friend is a psychic medium (who I'm going to see in August, and I can hardly wait), and she talks about spirit guides and guardian angels, and she feels such a huge connection to these eight very, very special people that have crossed over.

She also told me that my spirit guides have a lot to tell me when I finally get to see her friend in August. Yikes.

When I lived in Boston, I loved when the tulips appeared in the Public Gardens.  It was a sure sign of Springtime for me.

So who has the worst costume in superhero/comic history? This I have always wondered. Whether or not we would like to admit it, some of our fav heroes and heroines can look pretty pansy like.

So, this happened today ...

It's a photo of Sam Heughan in the role of Livingston FC footballer Andrew Murray in a play entitled River City, from 2005.

There was an emotion I felt when I saw this photo.  I couldn't quite pin down what that emotion was, but it's similar to the emotion I felt the first time I saw this photo of Robert Pattinson:

There is one scene from fanfic that came to my mind. Bella comes to visit her boyfriend Edward who study on university. They slept there together for the first time and then in the morning she left while he was asleep... and I cant remember which fanfic it is from and about what is the plot... can anybody help me?
