Did you ever cry because of a song.Of course you get touched and stuff but I have to cry really every single time when I hear Ruby's Arms from Tom Waits.I can remember exactly when I heard it the first time, I was in the car of my dad and driving god knows where and then I just started crying ,not the heavy sobs just you know tear by tear,the kind of crying you just recognize when someone tolds you or you touch your face,like it has touched your heart so fast that your mind couldn't follow...and he was just like: "Crap!Did I say something or what should I do...call your mum?!...Well he kind of freaked out. He really cannot handle situations like that..at that time I didn't know about Twilight but now I have to say that it reminds me of Charlie :)

and know you might be thinking she heard the song so many times and she has to be used to it but..noooo the same reaction every time...

am I crazy?Imean I know I am weird maybe :)

My Free-For-All Friday is not a happy one.

I am all emotional and in pain from well, you know, and I am imming with my twife who thinks she's channeling me and wants to die to. (pun intended). Except I'm channeling her pain because she's on the East end of the country and I am in the West.

I love the Winter Olympics.  Always has been my favorite. I was looking forward to the Opening Ceremonies tonight, and just got this in my box.

I have seen the photos (which I will not post out of respect for the family, etc.)

So My thoughts are with the family and all of the athletes.

 Do any of you watch the Olympics? Do think  that the scientific and technological advances in equipment and track design have helped or hindered sports in general?

Jamiaica or Costa Rica?

I'm spending part of my summer volunteering (and before you attempt to heap false praise on my head, I only volunteer in coastal regions with tropical temps. that allow scuba diving, beach time, and lots of rum on the weekends)  and I've narrowed it down to slightly outside of Kingston Jamaica, or Liberia, Costa Rica.

So what I wanna know is:  have you been to either?  What are the urban areas like?  How difficult is the language barrier if I speak neither Patois or Spanish well?  How hard is it to deal with the currency?  Are the people friendly?  How about the food?  The water?  Public transportation?  

What's there to do for fun?

I'm a frequent traveller, but up until now I haven't made it to Central America or The Carribean, so I'm why opened to suggestions!   And if you haven't been to either, tell my why you would pick one over the other in theory!

 Okay, so I'm writing this one-shot.

It's for the ADF's Happy Valentine's Day Emmett Challenge. (Contest? idkidk) Anyhow, somehow through writing it, it became Bella/Emmett.

Now, I know Emibella might like it (I mean, come on. XP Most of us have read her story - or you should.), but I'm worried about other people liking it. Why? idk. I've gone pass non-canon before...

Wayy pass. Roseward, Alice/Heidi, Edward/Tanya (in a drabble), and I might be doing a Jessica/Edward fic. XP Haha, so I'm not worried too much about that. XP

I don't know. Have you ever got worried about sumbitting a fic thinking no one will like it because of the pairing? Calm me down or something, I need to write. XP

While I was watching it last night for some reason I came up with a crossover where Edward is all falling for the hoebag that is Effy. Yeah I get rid of it as soon as it came to my head. I always have shitty stories like that.

So me and my hubs have been together for 8 years!!! YES 8 years! And Valentine's day is our anniversary.  He asked me to be his girlfriend on Valentine's day up at Mt Washington overlooking Pittsburgh by giving me 13 roses with a card that said " I will stop loving you when the last petal of the last rose falls" (the 13th was silk) also he gave me NSYNC tickets with a note that said "Will you be my girlfriend I'll be your shining star" (the lyrics to Girlfriend) Obviously I said YES!!!!  Now 8 years, one dog, a house and a CUTE 6 year old son later and he still loves me!!!! 

So tell me who you love and what they did to melt your heart!! 

The reason for this post is cause I just got a dozen roses, teddy bear, bath salts and chocolates delivered to my work, and it has now made this a GREAT day!!
