I need help.
This weekend is our monthly poker night, and it's our turn to host, which means I need to make dinner for somewhere between 10-15 people. Now, some of our crew orders pizza, and some cook, but not well. There's a few of us, though, who bring it, and it's a friendly competition to see who can outdo the other. Unfortunately, I'm flush out of ideas. Past meals have included fajitas, tamales and homemade frijoles borrachos, steaks and twice-baked potatoes, chili, lasagne, and middle eastern kabobs with falafal, tabouli and hummus (okay, I bought the hummus).
Any ideas for meals to feed a crowd??
Also, two of my crew are vegetarian, so if it's something that can easily be converted to a veggie recipe, all the better. If not, I always have a few go-to standby's that my girls love.
Thanks Forest! :-)
