I've found the most awesome moment on a youtube video and I was wondering whether anyone could make it into a gif for me?  Its 2.20 to 2.22.  Unfortunately I haven't got a clue or the software to do this and I was wondering if anyone had the time and the energy to make one out of the goodness of their heart?

So...do you intend on doing cosplay  for the Eclipse opening!?

In Brazil it's a huge tradition that you dressed as your favorite character...and we have contests and games.

But this year there is going to be a special viewing of Eclipse...just like the one in AMC cinemas...but simpler.

I and some friends created a group of official cosplayers and we're with the people who will organize the viewing...we have banners on the main bookstores and cinema of my town.

and it's already a huge success!

Not sure how many of you caught the interview Rob did with Nightline. I just happened upon it purely by accident. My hubs watches the show and groaned when he saw they were doing a piece on Rob, then he said "Well, i guess the kid's finally made it if serious shows line Nightline are paying attention to him." Ugh, man-logic.

Anyway, i finally found a vid with the whole interview, but i'm not sure how long the Copywrite Nazi's will let it be.

Take a look, he's his usual adorable self. Not so sure i like his tongue-in-cheek speculation that he will be dead by 30 as a price for his good fortune, tempting fate and all that jazz!

I have to confess that I NEVER start a WIP unless its nearing its last chapters. So can you guys help me out? what are the WIPs that only have a couple of chapters left?

I SPENT MY WHOLE DAY WORKING ON WORK THAT I DIDN'T REALLY WANT TO DO.

and when i got round to looking at the work i DO want to do, i'm too braindead to figure it out.

you see, kids, this is why collaborations suck. writerA delivers a product to writerB at which point the product becomes writerB's responsibility. so writerB, being generally a well-focused person with a good work ethich and integrity to spare, starts working with the basis supplied by writerA. it all goes to shit, however, when writerA comes back several days later and says "i changed some stuff." but said writerA didn't notate the new document in any way, so writerB is left having to compare several pages of narrative and dialog line by line because she's already made changes to the original work, and now that there's a NEW original to work from, she doesn't really want to just start over from the beginning a second time, since a good deal of the second original matches the first original, anyway.

in conclusion, i will seriously kill ANYONE who interrupts me tomorrow. i'm too tired to figure any of this out tonight, and i am DETERMINED to get it done tomorrow, so if WOLVESNVAMPS pings me 23487 times about stuff i've ALREADY TAKEN CARE OF OMG CHECK YOUR FRIGGIN EMAIL ONCE IN A WHILE, i shall hop the next plane to Volterra.

As some of you may know (or not), I like to write AUs... a lot. But I also like to write AHs. [I actually just recently started two new fics, 1 AH and 1 AU... we'll ignore that 3rd AH geekporn fic for the purposes of this discussion, k?] Same goes for my reading list. In fact, I'd say my preferences as a whole are fairly evenly split. Let's just say I like a little a lot of everything.

But I'm learning that that isn't so for much of the fandom nowadays. From what I gather, from my own stats w/ the 2 new fics, as well as from talking to other authors, perusing forums, etc, that the majority of you ladies are, for the most part, AH-only or AH-mostly readers.

And I'd like to understand why that is. It seems a little off to me simply because the story that brought us all here in the first places was, well, quite vampy.

What's changed?

Why do you like AHs? AUs?

Why don't you like AH's? AUs?

If you are now a non-canon/AU reader, why? Vice versa for the non-AH readers?

Hahaha I don't know if anyone has posted this or already scene this interview, but I think he provides some great information about his role as Edward in Eclipse.  Not to mention he talks about things that he's "not sure are appropriate"!! LOL You'll just have to watch!

So, I've been wanting to ask this for a few days now. It's been on my mind for a while.

So, I know that we finally get to see Royce King in Eclipse. We read about his eternal douchebaggery in fics constantly (Especially, if you're like me and constantly read Em/Ro stories) so, here's my question. Is it just me or does anyone else picture this guy when you think of Royce?

For those of you who don't know who this dude is, may I please introduce you to Scott Disick. He is the BF/Baby daddy to Kourtney Kardashian. I'm totally obsessed with everything Kardashian and can't stand him. To me, he is the definition of a DBag. He dresses like one, acts like one, etc...

Some of his most famous antics include getting drunk in Vegas on Kim's birthday and stuff a $100 bill into a waiters mouth, mouthing off to Kris Jenner all the time for no reason,  being lazy and not working to support his pregnant girlfriend, making pregnant girlfriend's 12 year old sister serve him drinks at girlfriends parents house all day long, and according to the previews from this upcoming season of Khloe and Kourtney Take Miami, parties too much, drinks all the time, punches mirrors, throws shit and ends up in the hospital on a respirator. And he's just generall rude to everyone, with his stupid arrogance and sense of entitlement.

Am I the only one that sees Royce here? They should have casted his douche to play him. He could do it perfectly...

And I'm done ranting....what do you guys think?

It's Monday and I'm feeling stressed.  It's the first Monday of my kid's summer break...and my husband is home too.

So I was just looking for one shots since I have exams and all so I try not to get too distracted, but what I found instead was this beautiful, sweet and enchanting multichap story, Winter of Love by Belle Dean.

Summary: The Year is 1969. Change is in the air and, in rural Washington, love is in the air when small-town values collide with freewheeling teenagers. Canon Couples, All Human, Drug Use & Lemons.

This is one of the most captivating stories I've read recently, it's unique, interesting and well written, the kind of fic that really takes you by surprise and makes you fall in love more and more as it unravels. I just started reading and I'm already hooked. I'm kind of appalled at the low review count, so I thought I'd give a shout-out. Please give it a try and tell her I sent you ;)

Now, gettin' back to the bidness [cause bidnezz is biznass].

I just finished reading, "How to save a life" and I cried - I mean I seriously CRIED, cause of how real it was. I don't want to spoil it for anyone but the love Bella has for her dad - well, it made me miss my dad [he's back home in the US with my family and I'm abroad with hubz and kiddo - very crap].

So, yeah...usually - I don't like to read angst and I'll be honest I did read epilogue 3 of 3 before I continued reading most of the story cause I need a HEA [awake in the infinite cold being an exception].

..Anywho all nonsensical ramblings aside...

PUHLEEEEASSSE rec me some angsty ExB with a HEA - as real as HTSAL...Please?
