while on my i Touch, because the computer is being stupid.

so basically, you do not only owe me my life, you also owe a prescription to the glasses i am going to need from reading in such teeny print.

but other than that, i love you for blessing me with this fic. it kinda started out choppy but the writing just got better as the story did and.... dayummm...

A fan-website dedicated to The Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare, MundieMoms,  celebrated a birthday recently. The role at first appeared to belong to Sean Penn who's been on a self-imposed big screen sabbatical, but the deal went south. Instead, Waltz will play the heavy in the Depression Era romantic triangle involving a veterinary medicine student (Pattinson) who joins a 2nd-rate travelling circus and falls for the star performer (Witherspoon). Waltz will play her husband, a dangerous paranoid schizophrenic animal trainer who is as mean to his wife as he is to the circus creatures. Gil Netter, Erwin Stoff and Andrew Tennenbaum are producing.

Waltz was a journeyman German TV actor when Quentin Tarantino cast him to play Col. Hans Landa, the charmingly sadistic and manipulative Nazi officer. It got him a Hollywood agent at ICM, and the chance to make Hollywood films. Pending a deal, this would be Waltz’s second studio role. Okay, so I'm really nervous to put this out there but here goes...

I've got an idea for a storyline but I can't write for the life of me.  It's not even a fully thought out thing, it's kinda general and needs to be molded into something more concrete.  I really think it could be good if in the right hands, but I don't want to straight up ask someone to listen b/c I don't wanna be a pest.  I've also never read anything too similar to it so at least it'd be kinda original....I think!  Is there anyone maybe intrested in listening to me to see if they'd like to make this into something worth reading?

Finally making a post after lurking and dipping my reply-toe into a topic every now and then.

I've been ficcing all day (yay for term holidays that allow you to do so) and am ready to read a really good B/E kiss.  Not the whole sex enchilada.  Just a kiss.  Maybe a first kiss.

I am trying to remember some particularly excellent kiss descriptions.  I swear I read one just the other day in...something... HIde and Drink maybe?   U of Edward Masen?  Maybe I should go back to early Bonne Foi?

Can you campahs recall any really really exquisite fanfic kisses?

I wanted to -- was dying to -- post this a couple of days ago, but I was having trouble using the ADF site (and here's a shout-out to the lovely Rangers for their help!).  There's an old British vaudeville joke that I learned, courtesy of my British father-in-law, before it started appearing all over the net.  It goes something like this:

Man:  Doctor!  I hate vaginas!  I think I'm allergic to them!

Doctor: What on earth would make you say that?

Man: Every time I see one, I swell up!  And I get the urge to rub!

Sound familiar?  Incidentally, being hung over would make the "swelling" less pronounced.  Which was why Rob thanked God that he was hung over at the time of the photo shoot.  Anyway, think about it: gay or not, no young actor with leading-man aspirations and a brain in his head deliberately outs himself as gay so early in his career.  It doesn't make sense. 

I feel better now that I have properly defended The Pretty in my favorite forest.  :)
