This was my post back on June 11, before the first match with my predictions. Inside I'll have an updated list of predictions and comparissions about how they stacked up

So I had a dream last night. And in this dream, I remembered flashes of a certain fic I'd read months ago. All day it's been bothering me and I can't seem to figure out for the life of me which one it is.

So here's the details. Are you ready for this? Because, WOAH, I know sooo much about this fic:

-New Moon AU; Edward never came back yadda, yadda, yadda...

-Bella is on parole/just got off parole/just got out of jail... something like that

-above detail is due to something happening at a party (Bella like drives drunk or something), and Jessica/Lauren (I can't remember which one *shocker*) ends up hurt or dead or something

so i havent been to the forest in what seems like forever(nice new site design)! but i thought of you guys today and decided i had a great FFFA post :)

warning spoilers below! (although, i might have been the last one to watch buffy)

i just finished watching buffy for the first time courtesy of netflix. here are my thought and i would love to hear what you buffy experts think.

first things, first. i loved it. i love buffy and angel and didn't know if i was going to continue to like it after he left...but i really did love the rest. 

i loved faith. was a little sad when she went off the deep end but i liked her comeback at the end. 

willow was cool but i didn't like her crazy witched out addiction storyline...the funniest willow moment was when spike couldn't kill her and he didn't know why and she tried to make him feel better. lol.

xander got on my nerves with his constant hating on angel and spike. he totally never got over buffy...

loved dawn and how she was introduced. she was so cute :)

buffy and spike doing it all season 6 was the highlight for me...

...but the lowest of the low was the spike attempted rape thing. i really hated that...

season 6 was great because of the buffy/spike sexin, but buffy's emo breakdowns were a bit much. oh but the musical was AWESOME!

season 7 was the worst one for me....the 'first' took over everything and i didn't really get into the characters. i don't know how i feel about the spike with a soul thing... 

oh and how can i forget anya?! i loved her sfm!

Additional disclaimer: We understand this may be er... non-canon for us. Whatever. We love the love. 

I have a question for authors, I only read completed fics, and have many stories on alert. Over on FF, I do check all my alerts to see if a story has been marked completed, but sometimes authors don't mark it as such right away, so I scroll to whatever chapter i've been alerted to to see if there is an "end" to the story. So i'll read the authors notes at the end to see if there's a note saying "until next week" or whatever to see if it's the end.

Now, alot of authors ask for reviews. I feel bad I can't review a story i'm anticipating right away, so sometimes I'll write a quick note to say "hey i'm out here, just want you to know, looking forward to reading". Just so they know that there are some people out there excited about their story and apologize for not being able to review yet.

I've done this a bunch of times, but last week I did this to a certain author who answered my review telling me that I wasn't helpful in letting her know that I was waiting for her to finish it, and that she didn't appreciate it.

I was a little thrown by that, but it made me wonder if it is in fact offensive that I don't leave a review but let them know i'm out there. I'm not trying to offend in any way, and actually thought that someone would like to know why i've alerted it but haven't reviewed.

Rest assured, this is my one traditional Edward/Bella romance story and it is ALL fluffy romance. I would really think it was awesome if you read along and told me what you thought of it!

Now, I LOVE one shots so I must ask you:

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE ONE SHOT AND WHY?????????? 

I discovered Twilight a year ago and to celebrate my one year of obsession, I decided to re-read the books. (Originally I read all 4 books at least 10 times within the first two months, then turned to fan fiction.)

I was really surprised to be reminded about how much I liked Bella in Twilight.  She's independent, sarcastic, perceptive.  By the time Breaking Dawn rolled around, I thought Bella was a brat and she was my least favorite character. 

So...my question to you is - have you re-read the books after a long time away from them and discovered or been reminded of something new?

Again, for a friend!!  She said it may just be a one-shot, but Edward changes Bella, can't handle the guilt, she mistakenly thinks he doesn't want her. At some point Alice suggests they go on a vacation to re-connect - Bella avoids the sunlight as they walk in the house and Edward realizes that she's trying to "please" him by not showing her vamp side.

She says it's possible that it has a couple or 3 chapters but no more than that.

Hi all, I wanted to post this fic request in the campfire the other day but I completely missed it with the time difference. Does anybody know of any fics with a crazy/insane vampire Bella?

I have read a lot of fics where Edward's sanity is compromised (!) but I have this idea of Bella being changed and then turning insane, almost a bit like Drusilla from Buffy.  Not sure if this is something I might have read or not, but give me your best mentally-challenged vampire recs please!

So, I'm obsessed with So You Think You Can Dance. I've watched every season (minus the one that took place during September/October. WTF was with that anyway?) since it started.

WHO ARE YOUR FAVOURITE SYTYCD'ers? My all time favourites are: Benji (I heard he's in a band now? Cool beans, I guess?), Pasha (Please come [cum, heh] to me, Pasha), and Twitch (those glasses look amazing. I actually wear glasses like that now when I'm drunk).
