Hi everyone, I'm trying to help a friend out with her screenwriting class and I could use some help of my own.  She's writing a script for a short film; it needs to have a beginning, middle, and end; and the film will end up being three to five minutes long.

Her bunny is this: a guy falls for a girl he sees every day through the window of her ballet studio.

So, any suggestions on fleshing this out?  We're welcoming all ideas!

I was reading through some of the recomendations and it seem like everyone is Bella and Edward. I want some besides Edward. Like Bella/Jacob,Bella/OC ec. I would definately love some femmeslash with Bella being dominant.

My fanfiction downloader thing stopped working on ffn. I am guessing they might have changed something again....I have a really bad cold and just wanted to find a couple fics to read while I wallow on the couch- and I am cranky sick!!! <- not relevant but adds to my irritation of the matter.... (sorry for whining)

Has anyone else had problems with this today?

So, I just got back from a gig where I saw my favourite comdian, Mr Ross Noble. It was epic. Absolutely EPIC. He talked to me (As I was sat in the front row) and I needed to share this story.

Basically, his style is randomism. He'll start telling a story, which will lead onto a tangent, which will then cause him to ask someone in the audience a question, where he will then begin another story/tangent and make surreal observations. It's incredible to watch.

Tonight, leading on from a tangent, he looked down at me, when he could have asked ANYONE and says...

"Have you read Twilight?"

At this point, I panicked and shrugged non-comittally, not wanting to get into just how deep my internet obsession goes...

He then went on to say "For anyone who hasn't seen it, here's a basic re-enactment. Ooh, I'm a sexy vampire, so sexy, with my sexy hair, so sexy, 200 hundred years old and still go to high school, which isn't weird at all." This weekend I am going to go apple picking. I can't wait I am super excited. But I am having trouble finding good apple recipes. I was wondering if you could please share your favorite recipes with apples. It can be dessert, entree, breakfast...whatever, I am not picky. Oh if you don't have an apple recipe to share, then share your favorite cupcake recipe. I am in the middle of reading The Diner and her cupcaking baking is making me crave some cupcakes. YUM!

One of my short stories is being published :D.

It's original fiction and it's being published by Circlet Press in an upcoming anthology called 'Like a Myth Made Flesh', under the title Ordinary Girl (and the pen-name M.A. Earnshaw...my Grandpa knows how to use Google).

Obviously there was much ridiculous squealing going on when I got the news.

Tell me, campers, what was the highlight of your week?  What have you accomplished that make you feel proud, happy, accomplished?  Did you pass a test?  Kick arse in a presentation at work?  Finally got your kid potty-trained?

It doesn't have to be something huge.  Maybe you just mastered a new recipe (I myself made a fabulous coffee cake on Monday).

Celebrity Look Alikes!!!

I was catching up on my Top Chef reunion show last night and they introduced the previous cheftestants that were going to participate in the next Top Chef All Stars season.  One chef who will participate is a guy named Marcel Vigneron and I nearly fell out of my chair when I saw him.  He looks like Rob Pattinson - okay, so not as hawt and sexy, but still . . . what do you think?

Like.... what if the Twilight world was watching HBO one night and True Blood came on and they were all, "Hmmm, This is interesting." But ALL THE SUDDEN they get sucked into the T.V.! And then they have to live in a world with Sookie and Bill and Eric and all them.... WHAT WOULD HAPPEN???

(Hint hint: Great Idea for a crackfic...)

Or! What if there was a Vampire Diaries/Twilight crossfic? Would Damon jump Bella's bones?! Would Edward and Stephen have a brooding contest??!! I WANNA KNOW!

Hey everyone! Okay, so maybe I'm late to the game, but I've just discovered the awesomeness that is the Brit Pack. Seriously, Tom, Sam, Marcus and Bobby? In two words? Awesomely talented! I knew of them before, as Rob's besties, but I've been looking up their stuff on Youtube, and WOW! How is a pack of friends this talented? Seriously, they are all awesome in their own right! They all play music and sing, and Tom acts (he's in the new On the Road movie with Kstew). So I'm just spreading the Brit Pack love here...does anyone else here love the Pack? Who is your favorite member, besides Rob? Have you ever seen any of them play live, or met them? Seen Tom's movies, and if so , what did you think?
