I've been re-reading it and I was hoping I'd finish it before making this post, but I'm not sure if I actually will. I remember discovering that story when it had like 200 reviews and pimping it out so hard omg. But then the purple prose took over. Also, I found that Edward too manipulative and just cruel towards Bella when they were younger, and that Bella too cruel towards Michael (though I'm probably the only one that didn't hate him).

HOWEVER: I do see why it's considered the best Twific. The first chapters were simply amazing. Bella running barefoot was the epitome of well-written angst. You could just feel her emotional and physical pain. And of course there's the Esme story as well. The author's so talented. Always wrote the loveliest review replies, too.

Looking for some assistance and Camper Creativity!  My Best Friend's daughter recently volunteered her to be the fundraising coordinator for the high school cheerleaders.  I have been wrangled in to help.  She has to come up with one fundraiser per month for the entire year!  And, it cannot be the same fundraiser as any of the other groups in school at the same time. I guess they don't want competitive selling within the school.  We need some original ideas that high school girls will actually participate in.  So far, we've thought of the Pink Flamingo Flocking, car wash for the summer months, Krispy Kreme donuts, and candy bars.  I know campers here have great ideas, so anything would help. Thanks!

Yesterday i found a nice relaxing vamp fic. I thought I had saved the link, but evidently I havent. So frustrating.

It was one of those "baby steps" fic, E&B start experimenting a few weeks before their wedding. The title was just one word, like "experimenting" but I think it was not that. Obviously rated M.  Complete but not overlong and written between 2008 and 2009. I can add that it is not one of the most obvious ones, I hadn't seen it before.

Can somebody help me?

Hey! It's been a while for me, so Rangers, if I'm out of line, let me know, but I knew I could come on here and talk about this...

I went to see Man of Steel today, and honestly, all I could think about as I watched Henry Cavill cavort around as a conflicted superman was "Man, he really would have made an awesome Edward!" 

I remember hearing Stephanie Meyer talking about him as the man she thought about as Edward as she wrote Twilight, but then was too old when it came time for casting. 

Anyone else remember the days of fancast Henry Cavill as Edward? 

oh, then, to top it all off, I read this post that Zack Snyder, the director of MoS said he thought Henry would make a great Christian Grey. And thought, "holy crap, it would totally be full circle if Cavill played Christian Grey!!!"

Anyone else think that?

What are your thoughts on Man of Steel? Henry Cavill? Henry Cavill as Christian Grey, aka Edward, hahaha?

Though we have few fathers (I suspect) who visit the Forest, we all have fathers, or had fathers, or had a great sperm donor who gave you the texture of your hair or the gold flecks in your orbs... eyes.  (Been reading fanfic this morning).

Alas and Alack and Woe is me.  My kindle dropped to the floor and met it's doom.  What's a girl to do?  The initial shock has passed.  Many of the stories have been reloaded but so many of them are gone.  Many have been P2P.  Some were removed by fanfiction during the various witch hunts on that sight.  Sometimes real life happened and authors pulled their stories....

In any event I am looking for stories by BrattyVamp.  When she gave her "notice" that she was leaving she gracously gave us ample time to download the stories.   I took advantage of the opportunity but foolishly  did not save the stories to my computer.

I have read The Best Man but need the others ~ Love On Wheels .... My Escort .... Ring of Stars .... Toye .... Abbracciare Il Cantante .... Four Summers .... Green .... In Vain .... and .... Click and Strum.

I have decided to dust off the cobwebs and do a short sequel. To those of you following my stories you know I announced that I would be stepping back from fanfiction. Yeah I got slammed…I felt the love, it was painful. Apparently many of you still love me. Lord only knows why, but I felt it all the same. Sooo…I will be emptying my laptop of all the random ideas and stories lingering on it. There are quite a few.
