I've never been to the haunted mansion when it's been transformed with Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas, but it looks so cool.  My oldest has been on the regular ride when she was younger but now refuses to go on it.

So I'm not really sure if the Amnesia Campfire's are still posted or if I've missed it but I don't think there's been one in a while:/  and I've been racking my brain trying to remember the name of this fic and I'm at a loss...and searching it on google and FF has been a complete bust sooooo...

I'm wondering if any of you guys know the name to a particular fic where the Forks High faculty members try to create a "event/program/camping trip" that helps the students get along? Bella and Edward end up as partners for the trip and they are constantly bickering. There's also a part when the groups have to canoe to an island but B and E end up at the wrong one and are stuck.

I'm royally p'od. Just read in the Flagfic website that FF is DELIBERATELY asking them to not access their website and is actively blocking them. WTF? Are they going to  block other sites/apps/etc that copy stories from FF? Bad enough they do story witch hunts, now they're blocking access? Sigh.

Flagfic is asking readers to reach out to them and pressure FF to reverse their position. Not sure what's kosher to post here so I'll post the flagfic info inside. My email has been sent.  

As far as recs go... been really enjoying knicnort3's Twisted   - "Sometimes love and honesty don't go hand in hand"-Edward is new in town and hiding a dark secret; when he enrolls in Forks High, it's not long before he captivates Bella and turns her life upside down. so, for some reason, i can't add a campfire on my laptop any more, so i'm doing this on my phone. so it won't be pretty or anything...but i'm not feeling pretty anyway. i just finished ALLEGIANT, and i may murder someone. i feel like tearing out my hair and drinking a gallon of memory serum. anyone care to join me? come on in. THERE WILL BE SPOILERS!!!  big ugly nasty spoilers.  please, stay out of here for the love of god if you don't want to be spoiled.

i'm going to try to make this look better from the laptop once it posts, but i'm not feeling lucky.

eta:  so, i was able comment and such once i switched over from explorer to chrome.  any idea how to fix that?

There are way too many adjectives to describe the hotness of Pirateward.  Even with one eye! I loved this swashbuckling adventure.  Can also be found right here on ADF!

I need some advice.

I wrote a one-shot that was translated in english, and I've received some very nice reviews about it.

And then, a 14-years-old author asked if she could write some sort of companion one-shot, with my consent.

The thing is, my one-shot has very very sensitive content : Bella shows up at school with a gun, and kills eleven kids.

I thought about it for a very long time, and I choose not to involve any of the kids'POV in the writing, to avoid the horror of the event. I chose an extern point of vue. And also because I don't think anyone could rightly transcribe that sort of thing.

That young girl wishes to write the one-shot in Bella's POV. 

I think it's a terrible idea. I choose not to do it, deliberately. 

How can you really put yourself in the shoes of a girls who commit mass-murderer? And how can you do it when you're 14-years-old?Is she gonna try to justify the act? 

I don't know.

Can I really say no?

Is saying no because, in my opinion, she's too young to grasp such a thing, so wrong? Am I just being an old boring lady?

Is it even my place to question her age?

If I say no, isn't she going to write it anyway?

What would you do?
