This one is going to be a heart wrencher.  After Alice and Jasper are killed by a drunk driver, alcoholic Edward gets custody of their daughter Melody. Bella becomes Melody's dance instructor.

I am looking forward to seeing how this goes.  Bella is getting some creeper vibes from Edward after a one-night stand.  Takes me back to my college days when our VHS tape of "FEAR" ran in a continual loop in our apartment.  Hope no dog head are cut off in this one!

After his brother's untimely death, Edward is bumped up to next in line to be King. He has to fight to get Bella back into his life after letting her down in the past.  Really liking this one.

Snow is falling and days are slipping by like sand through your hand. Edward finally takes time to stop and savor life, what happens to his perfectly laid out life when his son's Christmas wish sends him through a loop.

This one is a sweet romance.  I love Alice in this one.  She's provided a few LOL moments.

Everyone has labels attached to them that they acquire over a lifetime…mother, daughter, wife, lover, friend, co-worker. I happen to have all of those labels attached to me, plus one in particular that I'm not happy about…widow. I have a daughter who never met her father, and parents who try to help me out but drive me crazy, along with a father-in-law who I take care of in the absence of his son. Along with the label of "widow" came another label that I'm not happy about and it's one I assigned to myself…crazy. The reason I'm crazy is because every night in my dreams, I talk to my dead husband as if he was still alive. I was perfectly content to live with those labels until someone showed up in my life that caused me to add another label to my seemingly never ending list…screwed.—Bella Black

As of yesterday, destiny landed a small dog in my lap.

A Chihuahua.

She's adorbs-it was one of those meant to be things.

She's unlike any other dog I've ever dealt with.

In an older CF down below, some of us have been discussing the sauna culture of Finland.  When I first started conversing with camper Ellinor, I became intrigued by her country and started Googling, which led me to learn how important saunas are to their culture (Ellinor can correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe nearly every family has one in their home, or has access to one, and that includes apartment dwellers).  I personally find that fascinating.

I know we have campers here from all over the globe.  I live in Iowa in the US, which doesn't have a very diverse population, and I'm not often afforded the opportunity to directly ask someone what they find important about their culture, or what they enjoy or dislike the most about where they live, or how our customs compare to their own.  

So this campfire is for you to share something you think other campers might like to know about your country or culture.  Pictures are nice (they don't have to be your own) but aren't necessary.  Have a question you'd like to ask someone about their country or culture?  This is the place (as long as we're all being respectful, which seems to be normal operation around this site for the most part).  

If you're from the US, you can always share something specific to your state -- I've traveled the US at least enough to know that although we're all "Americans," our cultures can vary widely depending on where we live within these United States. 

Please share!  [And if you're from Scotland, I won't beg you, but feel free to write paragraph after paragraph and post pics of men in kilts ;-) ]

Please, Help I  have my images in Imageshack (to be able to post them). They changed the site, so I can't get to the place were I could upload a new one (I needed it to be able to post something on a campfire). Once I am logged in now I can only see my old images. Ar you familiar with that site? I can i go back to the old setting where I could add images and get the permanent links? Is there a way to skip this new and hateful setting?

I haven't really watched American Idol in years.  I happened to catch it the past two nights and have fallen in love with Harry Connick Jr.  He was hysterical!  He adds some levity on the judges panel that seemed to be wrought with pompous jerks/divas for the past few seasons. 

Yet another example of how some men get better looking with age.
