The Impossible = I am speechless.  

First of all, as I recently shared, Mr. VW was t-boned by an 82-year-old lady last week when she turned against the light into oncoming traffic.  Ironically, or not, she was trying to get to the senior citizen center.  Could I even make that up?  Luckily, no one was hurt badly. Sooooo, we got the police report today,  and her last name is Gott.  

I've been warning my husband for YEARS that God was going to strike him 
for some of the things he does. AND WAS I RIGHT?
(As an aside, the trans-axle was broken, car is totaled, Mr. VW wants a truck, grrr). 

I, however, must be on Gott's good list (I honestly don't know how, but I'm not looking gift-givers in the mouth).  After a grueling day chaperoning 6th graders at an amusement park in 80 degree heat and blister-inducing sandals (they look so purty, though), I come home, log into Facebook, and find this:

Should I practice my upskirt photo-taking skills?  Has anyone ever been to an author signing/fan gathering hoopty-do?  I've never been, ever.  I'm not even sure what happens - do we gawk at famous folk like zoo animals?

Last week I got a TON of recs to go through. One of them has my undevided attention and I'm reading it for a second time. However, this beautiful fic hasn't updated in over a year! *sob* Yes, I'm speaking of "Insatiable Desires" by ItsMegan73. Now, I've only been on the outside of her fan base, but my memory says that she's been very acctive in our community. It seems like she just went poof, and that action isn't a normal thing for her. Is my memory wrong? does anyone kow what happened, or if she's okay?

Foster kid Edward moves in with the Cullens.  He is a complete jerk to Bella. Cancer survivor Bella loves life and hanging out with her stoner buddies.  The last posted chapter had some sad business. :(  Hopefully, E will get with the program soon.

This Bella is a little nutty, but she loosens up a stodgy Edward.  The Cullen Family is living with a 200 year old curse.  Interesting twist on immortal Cullens. Kind of like the Anti-Vamps.  Bella may be the key to breaking the curse.

Look at that face and those eyes.  People, I've had an epiphany.  Robert Pattinson would be the perfect Lord John Grey (yes, of course that's Outlander related).  It will never happen, but that's how I'm casting him when I break down and read those books.  I may have to rethink the entire LJG situation.

I cannot tell a lie.  I may be fixated on a certain strapping, Scottish clansman, but there will always be a place in my heart that belongs to Rob Edward.  Cannes 2014 Rob is very dashing.  Very. 

Apart from sharing the pretty, I leave you with three questions:

1) Have you ever had bruised ribs?  If so, how long did it take to feel better?

2) What are you looking forward to this week more than anything else?
