Chose the pic Camilla liked :) Def. gave me a young Christian Slater vibe in the 'wouldn't be like drinking your blood for istance' scene

When I first saw the movie's trailer I kept thinking how much more appealing it would have been if the vampire looked better than the very pretty girl. And I didn't even know he was supposed to be gorgeous, while the girl was supposed to be average. But then the ff authors brainwashed me Rob, esp. his jaw and his back muscles, won me over.

2. Four

gif 'cause I'm a bit biased ok?? Yep, beat Robward for me. Face and body (but not jaw)

3. Sam's Jamie

The talk of the moment rn, yet I tried really really hard to find a picture of him that I liked. Also, he's a bit too pumped up for my taste. Thus, my least favorite. I wonder if it's a cultural issue, the stereotypes we have for the ideal man. What is it with  female authors with dark hair presenting their romantic heroes as red haired? Edward and Jamie (Jamie even more I think). Is it highly valued e.g. in the US?

I've decided to finally branch out into other fic fandoms and I am looking for some guidance.  I have only ever read Twilight fanfics and a few from Blood and Chocolate.  I would really like to read some fics from The Mortal Instruments,Divergent and Kelley Armstrong's Darkest Powers series.  Any and all suggestions are most welcome!

13 years ago today, despite my better judgement, i married my baby daddy.  it sure has turned out better than i thought it would.

i didn't look like that.  the dude i married certainly looked nothing like that.  aren't they cute?

i'd post some pics of my wedding, but 13 years ago there wasn't any digital photos.  and i'm too lazy to have scanned them into my computer, even though i've had 13 years to do it.

I have to write a 15-page analysis on a Play Therapy case study today.  Technically, I could have written it at any time during the past 8 weeks, but I didn't.  And it's due tomorrow.  I can mostly make it up in my head, which is the easy part.  But I have to tie it in with voodoo certain theories, which is the tricky part, because most of that is in the book.  A book that I may or may not have bothered to read.  What?  I don't intend to ever use play therapy, ok?

Walk With Me

It's kind of a new twist on New Moon (or, if it's been done before, I've not read it).  I'm loving it so far.  

One of the big reasons I love her fics is they bring back all those original, wonderful feelings I had the first time I read Twilight.  You know, the ones that get you right in the heart because they're just so sweet and so good and so awesome!

I know you'd think I'd be in 100% full-on Outlander mode right now, but I'm kind of straddling both fandoms and really looking for some new Twific! (Pssst - firstblush, please please please send me the link to your fic again!!!).  

Do you have a favorite fic to rec that gets to you in the same way Windchymes' fics get to me?  Which fics bring back all those wonderful first-time Twilight feelings for you?  I'm a sucker for E/B but can read any pairing except E/R (and not a big fan of Edward slash).  Vamp would be nice, but AH is cool too! (Links too, pretty please). 

Hi folks!  I usually don't make my own campfires, but I wanted to reach out to you guys for a little help with something I'm participating in next weekend.

Every year (aside from last year, our move kind of messed with things a bit) for the last four years, I've been participating in the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life, in memory of the friends and family members I've lost far too soon to the horrible disease called cancer.  In one week, I'll be participating in an event in San Francisco.

If you're not familiar with what the Relay for Life is, it's basically a 24 hour (12 in some places) event where people walk or run laps around a track, participate in activities, win prizes, dance, sing, remember those we've lost, honor the ones who have survived and raise funds for the American Cancer Society.  Relay for Life and the American Cancer Society also partner together to do the Stand Up for Cancer event that's televised in September.  Our dearest Robert Pattinson has participated in this event in the past, I believe.  

Our motto is simple:  Celebrate, Remember, Fight Back.

The American Cancer Society does more than just research to try find a cure.  They help support cancer patients and their families during these difficult times.  The provide gas cards for driving to and from treatments, they help with hotel rooms, the help provide wigs for those who have lost their hair to treatments and provide help emotionally to cancer patients and their care takers.

I have set myself a fundraising goal of $500 this year.  With the help of my family and friends, I've surpassed that and have now set myself a goal of $1000K.  I'm asking the Forest for help meeting and surpassing my next goal.  Don't by any means feel you have to, I just know that Twilight fans have been such a generous bunch, I thought it couldn't hurt to ask.  Even a dollar or two helps.  This is something extremely near and dear to my heart and I wanted to share it with each and every one of you.  Even if you can't fundraise, I want to let everyone know what this is about, just in case you'd like to participate in a future event in your area!
