Did you know that New Moon premieres in Los Angeles tonight? And Robert Pattinson is going to be there?

I did not know this.

I kid.

Anyway, here are a few pictures of the scene in Westwood last night. Jenny, Jennday and cinnamonscars handed out New Moon goodie bags to the Twi-hards.

i have class.  then i'm getting my H1N1 immunization which I HOPE EVERYONE GOT THEIR FLU SHOT OMG.  this is a really bad flu season.  please, no more sick bbs.  :(

Has anyone noticed that there are two different regular sized calendars floating around for New Moon. There is the one that seems to be the more popular on by Neco that I think is the "official" calendar and then a second one that is more hard to find but I like to much better! I went and bought the first official one at borders last night thinking it was the only one available. Then looking at it later, I noticed how lame I thought it looked. There are not even any stills from the movie. It looks more like a promo type thing, with the different poster covers being the months. I hate it. Im not sure if they are just making more money now off the series and so they are making merch look more "pretty" than before. Not sure how else to describe it. The calendar has beautiful pics, but none from the movie. It was disappointing. The less popular one does have all stills from New Moon so I went and bought it online from amazon. I just wondered if anyone else noticed how lame that calendar is or if it was just me?

Rangers Jennyfly & Jennyday and camper Cimnnamonscars are heading back out to Westwood!  They are bringing ADF NEW MOON gift bags with them and will be giving them out! If you are camped out in front of the theater or know someone who is...LET US KNOW!!!

So-here's the situation. Jennyfly and Jennday are in L.A. with the Twi-hards. Yes-those Twi-hards-the ones who are camped out in front of the theater in Westwood.

Jennyfly and Jennyday along with ADF camper cinnamonscars went down there last night and passed out cupcakes and coffee! Yes-I know-they are wonderful. You don't have to tell me.

Well-they are going back tonight!!! And we will have pictures coming in all night from their adventures! If you know of anyone who is camped out-have them look for Jennyfly and Jennday! And if they meet them-TWEET IT immediately or come here to tell us about it!

 Hello everybody!  I have been lurking on here for longer than I care to admit and have decided that it was time to finally post something (though I am still completely in the closet about anything twi-related in the "real world").  I am a twenty-something English major here in NY and I think you are all fabulous people!

Have you noticed any strange small details that seem to be repeated in fics?  For example, why does Lauren ALWAYS have fake nails?  How did James get the last name Hunter (I suppose it makes sense with him being a tracker and all, but it seems fairly widespread), what is up with all the converse love? Why does Jasper almost always have an accent while Alice and Emmett don't (they are also from the South, no?) 

What details have you noticed that have been repeated in fics but seem to have no origin in the books?

The U.S. premiere of The Twilight Saga: New Moon will take place Monday, Nov. 16 at Mann’s Village Theatre, 961 Broxton Avenue, in West­wood Village. The entire cast is expected to be on hand and arrivals are likely to start between 5 PM and 6:30 PM. The city has also issued permits for the New Moon Premiere Party at Lindbrook Dr and Glendon Ave, also in Westwood Village, for Nov. 16 beginning at 9:00 P.M.

So we've seen some good Pre-Twilight Fic about Alice /Jasper (You've Kept Me Waiting) and Esme/Carlisle (Eve, The Apple of My Eye.)  However, there doesn't seem to be much out there on Emmett and Rosalie.   There are some great AH Em/Rose stories out there (Indivisible) but I've yet to find a good vamp fic centered on them.  Any suggestions?

 Pardon me, please, if this has been covered, but lately I've been wanting to take a walk on the dark side.

Anyone have some good Dark Jasper (I could just say Darksper, but I didn't wish to offend, lol) stories?  

I'm generally Team Wolfpack when I write (I have a preoccupation with imprinting, go figure) but I have lately been drawn to read down other avenues.

I am totally in need of some help here! Awhile back, I was reading this freaking awesome fic- and then the author(s?) had to take a break- and now I can't remember the title, if I had it on Alert- or basically if I left the hair straightener on at this point!

Soooo hopefully you can help me remember while I sing the part of the scarecrow!

Jasper and Bella were married, and Jasper was diagnosed with a fatal illness. He asks Edward to move in with them- so he can learn the art of BDSM and be in charge of Bella after he dies.

This was an awesome fic and I really liked it! Anyone remember the name or know the link? What happened to it?
