After reading manyafandom's The Return of Edward Masen, I fell in love with this ship.

Now, I love me some Jasper/Edward. I do. But we all know about loads of fics out there. However, I haven't find a good S/E fic, besides the aforementioned.

So... anyone know of a good S/E story? It can't be a PWP (bwahaha, I just found out what that means, I mean, I HAD to use it!), I'm not interested if it's just sex&sex&sex. It must have some good plot. Like TRoEM does.

Has anyone ever gotten "in trouble" because of a story you've written?

Lemme 'splain.  I just wrote another fanfic, a one shot that's extremely lemony.  It's the first time I've written anything like that, and I'm very proud and happy over how it came out.  I was planning to post it on Twilighted and Fanfic.

I read some of the other posts here the other day about stories that have been pulled by the author, for reasons unknown, and it made me wonder.  I work in the public sector for a government agency, and I have no idea if someone could try to cause trouble with my employer because of the nature of the story.  I"m thinking, you know, someone without a life would complain about a public employee -- someone paid with taxpayer funds -- writing erotica and posting it on the Web. (Of course, I wrote it on my own time.)  I'm what's  called an "at will" employee, which means I could be fired at any time.  I have no union protection.

I may be a little paranoid about this because out of all of the wonderful friends I've met through the Internet, one of them turned out to be a total crazy.  I had to have my attorney write a cease-and-desist letter because she harassed me.  So, yeah, I worry about stuff like this.

Does anyone know of anything like this ever happening?

I'm here to discuss the VIP author's. We already have so many of the most amazing and talented writers in the Fandom, but who are we missing? Which authors would you like to see added to the list?

Personally, I would love to read Gallantcorkscrew's fics here, and hide play in her cabin. She already knows how badly I stalk fangirl her, but if you didn't, well you do now.

And an author I would love to see is Duskwatcher2153. A Litany AT Dusk is one of my favorite WIP's at the moment, and she's amazing.

Those are just 2 of the authors I would like to see, there are really so so many more.

Who would you like to see added to that list???

Id like to share my experience with my fellow fans.

Summary: Last night was truly EPIC and totally worth the 3 days I was camped out.Summary: After having camped out for 3 days, and getting pics with Boo Boo and Cameron Bright, it was time. Time for the main event. It was 12pm November 16th and they were handing out the wristbands for the Red Carpet. They were your standard wristbands, pink in color with the number of your ticket written on them. I was led onto the red carpet with a group of ten. I was on the barrier down the first part of the red carpet the actors would be walking down. About 4 hours later at 5pm, with my posters and pics ready to be signed, the premiere began. The first to walk down the carpet, after non NM actors, was Michal Welch. I got his signature on my IMDB poster and he was soon followed by Justin Chong. Got his sig too. Elizabeth Reaser made a brief run down but promised to come back and sign for us. Boo Boo Stewart followed after. It was so sweet of him to come even though he was not in New Moon.

This is off topic, so sorry...

But I just made a list of all of the projects that I need to finish for work.  I'm self-employed and work from home which is great and awful all at once.  I'm so easily distracted....THIS SITE being my #1 distraction!! (I love it!!) And with all of the New Moon stuff, I'm going nuts trying to keep up with it all!

So after reviewing my huge "to-do" list, I have about 14 days worth of work to do, if I WORK straight through with no distractions.... that's soooo not going to happen :( (my poor clients). 

One thing I do to stay on task is I play really good music really loudly.  I can't read FF with loud music on, and I can't listen to interviews on youtube either, so I play music loud from the stereo across the room, since most times I'm too lazy to turn it down or off (see how I have to trick myself into working??  pathetic!!)

What I like to listen to....

100 Monkeys, I've found to be great background music.  They are just quirky, and cool, and unique, and I am surprisingly productive when I listen to them.

I'm also loving the NEW MOON soundtrack, I love Bobby Long, U2, Jack Johnson, Jeff Buckley, Radiohead, and right now Nine Inch Nails are OWNING me....

So what do you like to listen to while you work??
