What is that keeps you going?
What made you want to change things in the first place?
Do you have one big goal you're set to achieve or are there several little ones you want to tick off your list one step at a time?
How do you butt-kick yourself into going on that run when it's cold and nasty outside? How do you push yourself to up your workout?
Are you teaming up with a friend/collegue/family member and cheer each other on? Do you have a big support system or do you better work alone and by yourself?
We want to know it all, so come in and assuage our curiosity!
