The Rec By: LiLJiLL4286
I strived on only two certainties: yes or no. Hot or cold. Up or down. Call it a defense mechanism, call it whatever the fuck you want to. In my life, there was no in between. Especially when it came to Edward Cullen.
~ An amazing story that follows the developing dynamics/relationships between a group of friends from when they are kids through adulthood. It really makes you want to cheer for them through difficulties.
Junebug By: shouldbecleaning
There are certain dates that stick in the collective memory of people; certain events that stay with you no matter your age. Not birthdays, anniversaries, or death days, but something similar. A life-changing event that deeply affects you and your family. The first for me, July 5, 1976, is a day I will always remember. That was the day Bella Swan went missing.
~BatB contribution...sounds very mysterious so far!
Waves of Hope By: CiaraShayee
The waves of hope can be unforgiving, but they're really just hoping that their journey will be smooth sailing. The Jackson Bay Series - book two.
~Wait...what just happened? ºoº Oh my goodness! Sequel to Under the Wilows.
We Saw the World End on a Tuesday By: Jadiona
School was supposed to be filled with fond memories to take into the future. But 'supposed to' was for dreamers, and this was no dream. E/B. Story not suitable for all audiences. Drabble fic.
~Written by ADF’s very own Jadiona and has me chewing on my fingernails. Multiple dysfunctional scenarios contributing to a major issue. Hoy Moly!
Words to Die For by heartfortwilight
I. M. Swan a best-selling author is on top of the literary world. After coming off her book tour for her latest book, she has begun her research for the next, a book on the Chicago Mafia. Spending hours in the library and courthouse, she is surprised to find out a most curious piece of information about the Don of the largest crime family. He is not the rightful heir to the family.
Aro Volturi planned and executed the complete destruction of the Cullen family. Wiping away any documentation or body of any evidence of the family from the face of the earth, or he thought so.
Edward Cullen was smuggled away with the aid of his faithful nanny, who kept him safe until it was time for him to take revenge for his family's death. Training and building a new, stronger family to take back what is rightfully his and executing the man who took his family from him.
One evening, as Edward is following one of Aro’s hitman, he witnesses him a young woman in the alley. Coming to her aid, he is mesmerized by her beauty and when he gets to know her, he is in awe of her intellect. Will Bella be able to survive with Edward’s help or will Aro get to her and silence her forever?
~This an intriguing story that starts off alarming and action-packed. I can’t wait to read more!
From Lemonade to Love By: Sukiethree
It seemed natural to take fresh, cold, homemade lemonade to the construction site across the road. Little did she know that the simple action would lead to love.
~Awww...nice sweet story. Loved it!
Guarding the Enkeli By: KB-94
The bloody mess on her back was a devastating sight to behold. It must have been unbelievably painful and the wound itself wasn't self inflicted, which made it even worse. Someone had tried to saw off her wings and they'd very nearly succeeded.
~Great endeavor - very imaginative and creative!
The Intern By: JA Mash
Bella is the hassled yet eerily efficient assistant to Edward Cullen, who, let's face it, has every right to be that smug.
~Short and sweet with an unusual twist!
Seven Nights by pattyrose
What starts out as a relaxing, seven-night Caribbean cruise with her friends and boyfriend turns out to be much more than Isabella Swan bargained for. That is, once Edward Masen boards the ship.
~Awesome story and ends up smokin' hot and funny.
STARRY EYED INSIDE by Rochelle Allison
High School Fictional. No one sends Bella into a tailspin quite like Edward Cullen... but can she make him hers? The ups and downs and all arounds.
~A HS story about a 15 year old Bella and her best friend Alice as they are just starting their freshman year. As back to school get-togethers begin happening, Bella's attention is drawn to handsome, popular Edward Cullen, who is a year older than them, as he hangs out with his equally popular friends at the beach, at school and at parties. Rochelle does a really good job of making you feel like a nervous unsure teenager right on the cusp of discovering yourself and all kinds of facts of life.
Work in Progress by araeo
Bella, Edward and the usual suspects are adults living in Seattle. They hit it off after a klutzy accident and E awakens B's ovaries, who never hesitate to voice their pervy opinion in B's head.
~You know how some fics start off with a bang and maybe fizzle to feel forced or contrived after a few chapters? This one never does! It starts off outrageous and hilarious and stays that way full force through all 41 chapters! Bella is just about to finish graduate school and works as a bartender to pay her way. She considers her life a ‘work in progress', as she does not yet know what direction her life will take once she graduates.
One night at work they come up short of two people and her boss, Angela, needs her to work on the floor as a gaucho to bring meat around to the tables. Bella is pleading to her not to have her do this because you know how she trips over air, right? Well, she's pretty sure someone will end up in the hospital if she does this! Angela insists, so Bella relents. What could go wrong. LOL
INCUNABULA Or: The Golden Legend by suitablyironicmoniker A determined curator vies with a private collector when rumors of a rare book surface in central Europe. All human, canon couples...eventually.
~Bella is a museum curator in Washington, under the supervision of Carlisle Cullen. She specializes in incunabula, which are extremely rare early books, printed, not hand-written, before the year 1501. She has managed to procure a few for the museum, but a majority of the ones that have been found have been snapped up by a wealthy private collector, Edward Masen. She despises his tactics, him and his immense wealth, and the fact that after he purchases these books, he locks them away in his private collection where no one else can view them.
I hope everyone is safe and healthy! Take care of yourselves!
Please Read, Review and let the writers know you found them here at ADF!
