Good morning, ADF friends!

(This is a day late, again.  My apologies as yesterday was Chinese New Year/Lunar New Year plus I was having awful allergy issues.)

Several weeks ago on NPR, they were talking about selfies plus words that describe yourself.

It was part of some project that someone was doing and you were supposed to post a selfie and then write the usual terms to describe yourself, kind of like a census would: ie white/African-American/Asian-American etc plus male/female etc.

Then you were supposed to write words describing how YOU see yourself.  

I thought that we could do the same thing today.  

Post a selfie.

Label it with words that others would use to describe you if you were walking down the street, ie how others see you, how others judge you.

Then tell us YOUR words you would use to describe yourself.

Since I seem to be seeing a doctor every few days, let's talk doctors. They can and should be part of your health routine, even if it's only going once a year for a check in. Do you hate it? Do you not care? Does your doctor still give you a sticker at the end of the visit? We want to know!

What about annuals? Technically, we all know that these are important, but do we actually go through with it!?

Hunky Dr. Cullen/Mc Dreamy/Mc Steamy/Mc Sexy aside, can you even stand the peeps in scrubs and white coats with their needles and cold fingers!?
