They are both amazing authors that have successfully transitioned over to publishing their own OF and will be sharing writing tips and their professional experiences. Hello, campers!  Today we are going to talk about our favorite passages.

No, not those kind of passages!

I'm talking about book passages--your favorite lines or paragraphs that you've read over and over and over again in your book so much so that the book automatically falls open to that page.

(Okay, that's for those of us who still buy actual books.)

Come inside this CF and share your favorite lines that you've read repeatedly in original fic or FF.

You know those ones--those groups of words that give you tingles every time, or suddenly gave you an epiphany.  Or maybe it's the characters' epiphany, but it's those lovely words that remind you why you love reading, or inspire you to create something yourself.

Alternatively, if you're a fic writer, feel free to share a paragraph of your work that you're proud of.  Pimp yourself.  Your fellow campers (like me) love finding those hidden gems.  :D

Two brothers, one laid back and friendly, the other uptight and a bit pompous. One girl, caught in the middle. Bella buys her first home, unaware of the family feud between her two neighbours, brothers, Edward Masen-Cullen and Jasper Whitlock. In fact, she doesn't realise they're in any way related! Both befriend Bella, leaving her with a dilemma - a Cullen dilemma.

Cute start!  Bella is excited to be buying her first home.  She's caught in the middle of these two polar opposite brothers.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on these.  Please keep in mind, that all fics aren't for everyone. If you don't love a fic, that's fine, but please try to be respectful of other peoples' opinions.  Please don't discourage others from reading fics because you don't care for them.  I certainly can appreciate when people express that a fic is not really their cup of tea, or that they disagree/agree with a character's behavior, lifestyle, etc.  It makes for good discussion.  But, please refrain from things like "This is the worst story ever.... or I hate Edward because..."  I'd like for everyone to form thier own opinions after reading.  Thanks everyone!

Most of us read a lot of fanfiction. How has fanfic changed your perception of the characters, or particular story lines? I've found myself more sympathetic to many characters!

 

Another question for everyone who is participating, do we want to include the Short Second  Life of Bree Tanner? I've actually never read it!!!
