Since I seem to be seeing a doctor every few days, let's talk doctors. They can and should be part of your health routine, even if it's only going once a year for a check in. Do you hate it? Do you not care? Does your doctor still give you a sticker at the end of the visit? We want to know!

As always, feel free to use this campfire as a check in with us if you don't have any comments on the topic of choice.  Also, please give us suggestions on topics. My brain is fried with moving offices and post-surgery issues.

This week, let's talk about doctor's appointments and check-ups. 

Are you more likely to visit the good ol' doc right away after feeling off, or do postpone it as long as you can!? 

What about annuals? Technically, we all know that these are important, but do we actually go through with it!?

Hunky Dr. Cullen/Mc Dreamy/Mc Steamy/Mc Sexy aside, can you even stand the peeps in scrubs and white coats with their needles and cold fingers!? 

We want to hear it all, so come inside and let's discuss.

-pick a day between now and Feb 28. document it (selfies, furbabies, real babies and breakfast. whatevs) upload your pictures to the image hosting site of your choice
-share them as as  their very own campfire (see below) this part is up to you. be creative. be interactive. be as open or as private as you wish.
-there are three cool prizes - amazon.com gift cards $50, $25 and $25 for the three lucky winners. the rangers will judge the entries and decide on the winners
-you have until the end of the month (Feb 2015) to submit to the competition
