Hey all, I need help with this one - Muffin is asking for permission to read The Hunger Games. She's almost 11 (5th grade)  and is finishing Harry Potter book 7 (ie she's a great reader - says the proud mamma). I've never read THG because I was freaked out at the idea of teens killing teens, but so many people seem to love these books. 

So - what's the Forest's opinion, yay or nay? (or not yet)

Ms Cherry wants healthy dessert alternatives. Why don't ya give them to her and tell us why you think it is healthier (since we all know we should be limiting our sugar intake in general).
