I've been quietly working away on the mobile site, I've got the basic campfire functionality working.  The new url is m.adifferentforest.net.   

There are still plenty of bugs, the editor I use for the Campfire / Comments isn't registered yet, and you can't add tags from mobile yet, along with other issues but it is somewhat functional.  

I'm asking for a few of you to try it out and give me some early feedback.

Each week I will brave the treacherous waters of Fan Fiction for buried treasure. Below are the gems I've found this week!

It's been three years now, since the vampires have announced their existence. It's also been three years since Bella Swan started getting flashbacks of another life. But, now that the King of the vampires, the original, is coming to her hometown, the flashbacks are becoming more detailed. Bella is starting to learn that not everything is as it seems.

I am intrigued by this one.  This is a first time writer.  It needs some beta work, but the plot is interesting enough that I can overlook some grammatical flubs.  I'm curious to see where this goes.

Great story so far!  Flashes of the Michael J. Fox 90's flick The Frighteners.  Loved that movie and love this story.

Today's question comes because a guy I work with is a complete tool.  He's self described as an "affluent white male."  He told us a story of how he caught his 15 year old son with condoms after the son took his boat out at night without permission.  He was more concerned that his son didn't have a boating license than the stolen boat/condom issues. 

So, I would like to know, how old were you?  First time.  I don't need deets.  Just a number.  Still holding a v-card? Good for you. Be proud.  Wait for the right one.  It's worth it.
