I always enjoy looking at everyone's different icons because I think they represent a part of everyone's individuality.  Some are funny and some are serious.  Some feature Twilight, Harry Potter, TV shows, Quotes and just general hotties.  Some I have no idea what they are.

So, tell me bb's what is your icon, what does it represent and why did you pick it?   Mine used to be of shoes bcause I have many and I can't stop myself from purchasing more!  Now, its the subtle sexuality laidies of The Office because I love love love that show.  Did I mention I love that show? :)

Ok, my first Campfire here on A Different Forest, but I have been thinking about this for the last few days. I couldn't ignore it anymore! 

So I know Tor LOVES Billy Burke, I saw it in a past campfire. But we've had some Jackson p0rn, Cam Gigandet p0rn, and of course the always gorgeous Rob p0rn lately and I wanted to share some Billy Burke love!

I know my pics aren't really "new" ones of Billy Burke, but I would love to see what everyone else has! :)

Fans of Robert Pattinson have launched a bid to try and stop the actor being harassed by the paparazzi.

The campaign, a joint collaborative effort between a number of fan sites, is calling for an end to candid shots of the 23-year-old Twilight star.

It follows pictures of Pattinson leaving the Hard Rock Cafe in Hollywood on Saturday with his arms over his face.

“We want the paps to know that we don’t want to see pics like these, so stop tak­ing the,” a statement on website Thinking Of Rob said.

“Stop invad­ing his pri­vate life. Enough is enough. Because no per­son deserves this, celebrity our not.

“There are lim­its and you have gone too far. He doesn’t want this, nei­ther do we!”

The campaign wants fans to post banners on their tribute pages with the message: “He Doesn't Want This, Neither Should You.”

More than 600 fans have also taken pictures of themselves with their arms over their faces in protest.

Pattinson is currently appearing in New Moon – the second installment of The Twilight Saga.

My thoughts.

I think this is ridiculous and insanely hypocritical of them. These are the same "concerned" fans that are crying all over their Twitters and LJ's that there are no Rob sightings, WHERE IS RPATTZ?! IS HE DEAD?!!? OMG NO NEW PICS IN 2 DAYS, MY LIFE IS OVER!

They fawn over any type of new pic of him, and don't seem to mind if it's pap pics as long as he's smiling. I feel bad for the guy, yeah. No one deserves to have their photo taken all the time when you just want to have a beer with your friends, but Robert Pattinson is $$$$ right now, and everyone is feeding into it, and just making the situation worse. You want more RPattz? It's going to equal him being stalked by the paparazzi.

Also, he seems like a guy who is decently smart, and he knows that when he goes out he will be followed. I'm sure he's aware that a lot of his fans go to his friends shows in the hopes that he'll be there, same with the paps. Did the paps step out of line? Yes, but celebrity is a viscous cycle. And this is the price that he's paying for right now, and I'm quite certain he's aware of that by now.

Basically this: Robert Pattinson is a big boy, he can handle himself. And being concerned and "protecting" him won't get you into his bed any faster. He's also got agents, and productions companies, suits, etc, telling him what the deal is. He knows if he goes out, he'll be hounded.

So I just found out that my sister has been lurking around ADF for past few days. It took me almost a year to get her to read Twilight, and then she fell in love with it. I didn't think when I told her about ADF that she'd actually come here.

It's... weird mixing my Twilife with real life. I think this has made me reach my limit.

So tell me. Who from your RL, if they joined the fandom or ADF, would be your limit? Who is it that would make you say "No! Get out of the fandom!" At what point would your limit be reached?

Hey there fellow campers. A friend of mine has just finished reading the twilight saga and is asking me for some fic. There are like 10 fics I immediately wanted to tell her to read but most of them are AH or slash and I figured I should ease her into the world of fanfiction.

So, got any good recs? Something Canon for sure. Maybe something picking up where BD ends? Maybe a good what-happened-during-the-fade-to-black-on-the-honeymoon fic? What fic would you suggest someone start out with?

Jenn and Tor are back from jetting about the United States and Canada for the past few weeks.

They had one hell of a trip.

I couldn't even begin to explain how much fun and trouble they got into and I don't have to because they do a brilliant job of describing their wild and crazy trip in this week's episode of "Dancing with Jenn and Tor!" Here is a brief glimpse of their trip in pictures (and no-I am not kidding)

So, New Moon took #2 at the box office this weekend. I was expecting it sooner or later. I guess I just didn't expect The Blind Side to take first so soon. It seems like the momentum for this movie has grown since it premiered.

I've seen it once. I saw it the Saturday after it came out and I've yet to see it again. It sucks when your paycheck comes late.
