...I read this a few years ago...some (foggy) story line points:

-Edward & Bella 

-I think Edward was younger than Bella

-They took the approach of natural/holistic childbirth which included birthing at home, breastfeeding, sex to induce/ease contractions

-Edward, I think, went back to school for some type of holistic/yoga/mid-wife classes

-I remember the story ending with Edward & Bella in bed with all the kids after giving birth to their last child.

I know this is not much to go on, but what I remember most about this story was just the natural approach to childbirth and family values, and Edward being very much involved.  The author, who I believe was pretty popular around this time, would comment about her experiences, I believe she was a mid-wife or something.

This story has been on my mind a lot lately, if anyone could help with the story name and author I would appreciate it.

Which book are you on? What is moving you to love these characters even more? What is driving you nuts?

Reading fanfiction can really affect how we perceive the books, the characters, and how the plot plays out in Stephenie's world. I'm really excited about re-reading the books with a new eye. I've also really been trying to take my time, and savor every word! Which is why this re-read is scheduled THROUGH April!
