Jail time, first loves, bittersweet moments and kisses through the phone. She waits for his call because she's jilted, her heart still sings for the boy who only ever smiled for her. He committed crimes and she told lies. She loves him on accident, and he loves her forever. They didn't choose their secrets, they were born into this. AH

Some serious angst to happen here.  Our beloved Edward is in jail for crimes he most likely did commit.  We don't know exactly what went down just yet, but I'm sure it ain't gonna be pretty.  Very out of character roles for our Twi-faves.

Bella Swan has been through it all, including her mother leaving when she was young. As much as she would like to forget about her, the fact that she is her mom's spitting image makes it difficult. It seems as though everyone has to remind her of that, making her want to escape the small town she calls home, that is, until she meets someone who makes her want to stay.

Howdy, Campers!

The Forest grows far and wide and I'd like to learn a little about where we're all from.  Do a Wikipedia search on your hometown, current location, or a favorite place you've lived.  Give us a some demographic info and any fun facts for your town.  Are you famous for inventing something? Any famous folk grace the halls of your high school?  Your town's claim to fame?

My Example:
My hometown is West Mifflin, PA.  Just outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  We're home to one of America's oldest traditional amusement parks, Kennywood Park.  Roller Coasters are awesome.  The Potato Patch at Kennywood was recently mentioned in Food Network Magazine as being one the Top Ten Places in the US to get French Fries!  They are heaven.  Jeff Goldblum is our only famous graduate.
ETA:  Kennywood is where Adventureland w/ KStew was filmed.

The TwiFic Meetup was in Philadelphia last weekend. It was amazing, and so much fun. There were around 100 people talking all things fic, Twilight, and about everything else we could think of.

On Twitter we used #TWIFICPhilly to hashtag our activities. There are also tons, TONS of pictures, of everyone meeting, mingling, drinking, and generally carousing!

We had author panels, and one on one sessions. Shay Savage was there talking about publishing. She Viking talked about her books, and all things wonderful. Born on Halloween had a presentation on Fanfiction 101. There was more, but I'm typing this without a lot of research, and I'm still a little brain mushy from the weekend!!!

Meetups are a great way to meet your Fic-Friends, and really connect with our community. (I typed cummunity... yep, we talked about that stuff too!!) Next year I hope to see YOU there too!!!
